1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BeLush ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the App solely for lawful and appropriate purposes. You will not use the App to transmit any harmful, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.

3. Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you share through the App. By posting content, you grant BeLush a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating the App.

5. Content Accuracy

The App allows users to create and share profiles, messages, and other content. While we strive to maintain a high standard of accuracy, BeLush cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the information provided by users. You acknowledge that profiles and content shared by other users may not always be accurate or up-to-date. It is your responsibility to exercise caution and use your own judgment when interacting with other users and relying on the information they provide. BeLush shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of inaccuracies or misrepresentations in user profiles or content.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App's content without our prior written consent.

8. Refund Policy

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that all fees, charges, or purchases made through the App are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, in-app purchases, and any other payments made to access premium features or services. When cancelling a subscription, you will still have access to the subscription features until the end of the subscription period. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchases and subscriptions before completing any transactions through the App.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the App:

• Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or accounts
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App for any violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BeLush be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. 15. Token Issuance

Tokens on BeLush are intended to function as an expression of support for, and engagement with, the creator of those tokens, and are not intended to be, or to be the subject of, an investment opportunity, investment contract, or security of any type. You acknowledge and accept responsibility for any fluctuations in the value of the tokens you purchase.
